I like Toyota vehicles.  My Tacoma is approaching 320,000 km without a single breakdown.  As for hybrids...I would probably look hard at PHEV's if I was looking.  The selection is currently limited and the range is a bit too short for my liking, but with 150 km range (to Kamloops and back) and a wider selection I would be a buyer.
