"At the Border Mail" is the one I used for a while, you can walk across at the truck crossing, go thru the US Customs office.
As you walk past the lineup of cars waiting to cross you can see it up on the hill with a staircase leading to the door.
grab your package and walk back to Canada customs

You can drive there also and park around the back but then you have to wait in two lineups, much quicker to walk
I used to leave my Vehicle in the carpark of the motel on the right as you approach US Customs
If you drive there is one of those Coffee Huts at the next intersection, near the gas station.
Mind you, the government has probably screwed that up since I was last there.
