My oldest grandson was named Male Para-swimmer of the Year. He is 14 and is Lucas Van Herk. He swims 5-6 days a week.

It's good to hear when a child has found an activity he or she likes to do.  Sounds like swimming is now a part of his regular routines.

Way to go Lucas! Congrats Grandad and parents! I'll let Parker know, he'll be interested. He's still talking about the go-kart races around the shop with him. It's good to have inspirations and role models for hard work & perseverance like that. Cheers all around!
