According to Dorothy and Toto, "There's' no place like home".
Hope you continue to recover and are ready for better weather.

Hello everyone. I am at home recuperating after 3 months in the hospital. I did not realize I could sleep for 3 weeks straight but thank June for not letting them pull the plug on me back in October. I appreciate all of the support and have read every message this morning. I am walking but very weak and I am cold and constantly tired so this will be a long process. Today June is going to try and have me walk around the block with my walker which has a seat on it should I tire out and need to give my legs a break. I can do stairs now but very slowly and with assistance of a cane. I cannot get in and out of my car as it is too low for me so June has been my chauffer the past few days. Looks like it is going to be a long haul to return to normal.
Hopefully I can get back on the bikes when spring arrives. Galactica has been kind enough to pick up parts for me and has offered his time to work in the garage with me when I am ready.
Thank you once again for all of your messages and thoughts and hope to see many of you in the New Year
John

Really glad to hear you are at home, you will probably progress quicker than you think. It's easy to do nothing in the hospital. I think you will want to"putter" at something and that will get you moving.
GET WELL !

Welcome back John, very glad to hear you are finally back home. It's the best Christmas present ever I would guess.
Give a shout if you need anything, you know we are close by. Give a big hug to June and see you soon. Rob & Erica

Quite the ordeal!
Do the doctors have any idea on what actually happened?

Fantastic news John! Don’t over due things and be careful. BUT most importantly make we get a picture of Wheels using his wheels
. Remember what they say “no pictures then it didn’t happen”

Glad to hear you are on the right side of the dirt. Hopefully you enjoy a full recovery. I don’t come here often but I was surprised to learn of your misfortune. I suppose no news is good news. All the best.
