Memorial Ride For Frank

As sent to me by Franks son, Vincent:
Hey Howard my mom and I made some plans for the a memorial ride, would you mind telling the others? I just copy pasted the info below, thanks in advance.
The memorial ride for Frank will take place June 11,2022. Start at 9:30 am, meeting point fir people from Kelowna at the Duck Lake parking lot behind the airport right by the Hwy. Vernon O'Keefe Ranch. Stop there and meet with people that come from that area. Probably 10:30-11:00. Then continue to Falkland Chase, Salmon Arm, Armstrong and back to Kelowna.
Sounds like a darn good idea, and a reason to remember Frank and honour him. Make this a first annual ride, perhaps.

Couldn't get an easier starting point for me. Should be a good ride.

June and I have marked that weekend on our calendar and hopefully we can make it. We may be staying in Kelowna for a few months this summer house searching so will try and tow a couple of bikes with us.

I can't make it, I'm busy with another event but I'll be thinking of Frank for sure.

My last day at my old job. Helping with the charity car show for Canuck Children's Hospice. I promised I would be there.

Just to clarify - there are three 'parking lots' near Duck Lake along the highway. Are we meeting at the gravel one at the end of Old Vernon road, The first paved pullout near the south end of the lake or the bigger pullout toward the north end of the lake?

For those who expect to buy gas at the Petrocan in Chase.....be aware construction has shut down the South access right now. You must continue on the highway to the Coburn access, or enter at the N end of town.
