Any word on the fate of Valley Moto Sport, which is located on the north end of this complex? Extensive fire taking out many businesses, including damage to the Lexus dealer on  a different building.

It's a property housing 4 or 5 similarly styled older buildings.  They are single story buildings and were possibly built in the late 60's maybe early 70's.  I could very well be wrong on their age.
Interestingly, one of the other buildings located on the same property suffered a similar fate a couple or so years ago - burnt to the ground.

I don't believe either of the two adjacent businesses you mentioned were impacted by the fire.  The buildings housing Valley Moto and the Lexus dealer look to be in good shape.

The building that burned this time housed the Suzuki dealership in the 1970s.

Pretty valuable piece of property with just a few poorly maintained older buildings housing a few legitimate businesses.....and perhaps home to a few other illegitimate businesses.  If the buildings were gone, the sky is the limit for future development....
