I first heard about this group in the early 70's by reading an article in Playboy.  (Yes they had some pretty good writers!). I had the band's first album Bloodshot.  It was good but not popular.  The group finally became popular in the late 70's.  By then they were tired of each other but they managed to put together some good songs, including this one.

Back in the early sixties songs were short.  They had to be in order to make a radio playlist.  This duo excelled at short songs.

This group started an entirely new offshoot to rock music.  One of their biggest hits was made famous by Eric Clapton.  Here it is.
