Bacharach was a heck of a song writer!

I've always liked this song.  The words are easy to follow.  The harmonica makes it sound a little funky.  And the singing voice...perfect for the song.

   On this date, July 31, 1976, Chicago, released the single" If You Leave Me Now".
  Originating member and bass guitarist Peter Cetera offered some criticism by moving the bands character from rock oriented theme to bull horn ballads. This song offers a defining moment, through record sales, to a superband of the 70's.
