This song from the mid 70's was on my turntable for a couple of years.  I thought she was a great singer and looked forward to more of the same, but it was not to be.

I really liked Moody Blues!  Ride my SeeSaw is my fav.

This is another one of my favourites.  The band put out a hit or two in the 60's before splitting up and going their own ways.    They had three really good songwriters.  The guy who wrote this one may have been the best of the three.

Yeah, that's a good one and one of the few where he actually sang.  Although he wrote most of The Band's hits he didn't sing lead.  Either Richard Manuel or Rick Danko or Levon Helm sang lead.

I've watched The Last Waltz many times and one of my favourites is when Eric Clapton gets up on stage.  As he's playing he breaks his guitar strap and Robbie jumps in and takes over until Eric is ready to go.

This song came out when the band was at their peak in popularity.

August 11, 1967, The Association released the single “ Never My Love”. In 1999, the American performing rights company , BMI, published a list of the most air-played songs in the entirety of the 20th century. #2 on that list was this song, runner up to The Righteous Brothers song “ You e Lost That Loving Feeling”.

I reckon The Association were one of the under appreciated bands of the 60’s. Had a few big hits back then. Great harmonies too.

The harmony skills of the 1960’s, 70’s, and early 80’s were true art, and skill. There are so many groups that harmonized fantastically, and yes I agree, these guys were outstanding.

Today’s recorded noise pollution makes me vomit. Listening to stories of the extent and money spent of young low IQ humans in their goal to witness live events of T. swift recently , makes me weep for the future of humanity.

I liked the Association.  Great harmony.  Speaking of harmony, this group may have been the masters at it.

I first heard this one sung by Ritchie Haven on the Woodstock movie.  For years I thought he wrote it., but he didn't  One of the guys in this band did.  It's a great song with some really nice harmony.
