We lost one of our dogs today to a brain tumour.  He was a Jack Russell, typical of the breed with a saucy take no prisoners attitude.  We got him as an owner surrender at age 2 and had him for 13 years.  His birthday was April 29, when he turned 15.  But we could tell he was in pain this morning when he woke up so we took him to the vet where she diagnosed a brain tumour.  Sadly we let him go.  Today's song is about letting go.

I was about 13 or 14 when this song was popular.  This was the song that drove the Beatles out of the #1 slot.  Loving the saxaphone!

BeeGee's had two periods of popularity.  The first was in the 60's.  I had not heard that song Spics and Specs before.  Very interesting.  The second period was in the 70's with disco.  My wife has a lot of their songs. 

This duo were pretty good with harmonies.
