Sticking with country, this group was popular in the mid '70's.  They often were accompanied by Jerry Garcia on tours.  This is one of their early tunes about railroad robbers.

Heh heh.  I remember in junior high school, in the gym.  Myself and two of my friends, in a line, doing that “truckin” walk down the middle of the floor.  Long hair and bell bottom jeans.  Man, we were groovy.  Or, maybe just goofy.
