We been doing it wrong I guess.  Bunches of us TT racing for years, and only one or two were on HD, s
One day my buds stopped at a tavern in the Black Hills. It had started raining.. Moto Guzzi. Outside.  Went in, had a beer with TC Christenson..owner of the Hogslayer.. Worlds quickest Norton..  I think his shop was Sunset Motors.  (another great Sturgis story)
Dont remember where I went that day.. I was pissed that I missed ..that..

Hi. I'm Mike from Cobble Hill. I met you at The Cow Café in Cowichan Bay for the BMWRVI brunch a few weeks ago and we discussed the GR ride in July. I have a 1977 KZ 1000 LTD that could come to life if called upon for such a ride. How are the numbers looking?

We need an LTD Kawasaki Mike.   Hopefully I dont talk your ears off as I love those bikes.

Yes indeed Dave,   if they didnt build the Z1R there is a good chance I would be riding and LTD today.
