I got a set of 400F bars coming from the US, i ran a few sets of Superbike bars, gave one set to a member on here...
The 400 F have only about 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 inch rise, about half of a superbike style..
I just no longer like the looks of dragbars...too unfinished looking.. dig the curves on the ones with some rise..
Got a couple Morris mags and a set of Progressive shocks and a Grimeca caliper coming as well...more goodies..
Got an undrilled 3.00 x16 Morris, am thinking of going Kosman 8 bolt with knockoffs on it just because..

Broke a throttle cable last night..cranked my idle up to 4000..made it home..32 mph in 3rd gear... bit inconvenient at the lights..

Insured the Goldwing then found out the Hazard, Reverse and Cruise switches were stuck on. A bit of silicone spray and all is well again. Cliff.

Lately I've been trying to replace the cams on my B4.  I've bolted everything up twice, only to unbolt it all again.  The last time I had it all together and realized the intake and exhaust cam lobes were in exactly the same positions.  This means the exhaust and intake ports would be open together and closed together.  Not a good way to run a bike!  The problem was with the exhaust cam.  I lined it up properly but used the wrong mark.  After turning it a complete half turn I was on the correct mark.  After bolting it up again I checked valve clearance.  I need some shims, so I ordered them and put the tools away.  Then I went for a ride on the Z1 to finish the day off.

Trying to replace the front shoes on the XL (oil soaked, no obvious reason, was so when I bought it).  Bit of miss-communication at the bike shop, so I have a pair of rear shoes if anybody needs some (fit 250s and 350s '72-'76, plus other Hondas)........Honda could not take them back, as I gleefully tore into the packaging with a screwdriver before I realized they were wrong.....sigh.    Pair coming from David Silver...

Cleaned out the carport a little more today. I know what you're thinking. How do I get my hands on that sweet Toro Groundsmaster?? Don't even try! She's been waiting for a restoration for a decade now. I did sit back and wonder how all the damn motorcycles showed up. I think I'll go with my standard "its Trevor's fault" answer!

I had a "lazy" tach on my 750 and today took the headlight off and sprayed some seafoam up in the tach....boom...tach working again. Note to self....try this before buying a new cable next time. Roll Eyes

Beautiful day, 22 degrees, so I got out the Tremclad High Heat rattle cans and gave the Kerker a blast! Cool

I hung the pipe from a cedar tree for painting, and brought them in to dry.
