Good news Allan, did you actually find the source of the problem or did they just simply cough themselves to life as sometimes happens after persistent fiddling with the troubled device.

Put a new battery in the Eurotrash, if the weather is nice tomorrow, I'll be out for a ride!
Started on electrical on the turbo bike.

I made some turn signal stalks for my CB750.
the signals came with virtually no length to the signal stalks, so I fired up the new lathe, and turned out these!
