Frank, are you banned from the local Honda shop? Where have you been buying all your oil filters to date?

Penticton CTC still carries some Fram MC filters. They are sporadic. For some reason they carry a 6002 and a 6004 but no 6003 which is a common Yamaha replacement.

Lordco has a better selection and definitely will get it in in a day if they do not have it on hand.

I rarely go there,  I am not sure what I did for filters, I don't change them every time.
I   May have had some in some parts buys, I probably still have  one somewhere in storage.
I will check the dealer and Canadian tire today., getting near  ready to start it up.

I guess I am stuck with Castrol MC oil.

What's wrong with Castrol MC 10/40. It's all I have used for twenty years ? Any opinions on this oil, maybe this needs it's own thread ?

I only buy oil with fancy labels. I like expensive oil too. A racey name appeals to me as well.

I make sure it says "oil" somewhere on the bottle.

I always make sure I get most of it in the engine.
