Going to be laid up for a while after the 25th so a bit doubtful. Thanks for the offer though Frank.

The 1911 Pierce. Did museum Mark give you the spiel on that bike? Apparently some internal engine parts were missing. A fellow from the Kamloops area was touring the museum and recognized the engine as something that he had that was laying around for decades. He donated his engine to the museum, so now Mark has all of the parts required to get the museum bike running. Small world, there were very few of those bikes made. They cost about the same as what an automobile of the day cost, people preferred cars, so they weren't big sellers.

A few of us rode down to Merritt on the Mammett lake road.  The wind was BRUTAL, otherwise a good ride.  Two riders from Kamloops, and two from Logan Lake.  On  the way back we stopped off at Kevin Powell's new "FARM" but his recently acquired Alpacas wouldn't smile for me, so I only have photos of the bikes we rode.  I assume Billy D's 1990 Harley Electra Glide on the Collector Plate qualifies as a Classic, and just maybe Jim's '98 VFR-800, soon, if not already.

He's very busy learning to be a "Gentleman Farmer" on his days off.  5 acres to take care of and lots of work to get the house/barns/shop all sorted out before winter. He's now living about 4-5 kms south of Logan Lake on the Mammett Lake Road towards Merritt.

Good ride Ron . Man did the storm roll into Logan Lake about two hours after we got home . Big wind and rain , I thought the shingles were going to blow off the roof !

Just spoke with my wife as I took off Sunday afternoon and she says that we had two of the glass panels in our deck railing forced out by the wind. Must have been some wind as she says the gusts got up to 70-80 kmH.

Billy, looks like a good retirement business.......seriously, if the business came with the property, run......I've seen more than one person, who bought a nice former fuel station location, get stuck with huge costs for remediation......heartbreaking....
