Need to keep up to traffic on the Coq.

I like going down 5a to Merrit and then  Cold foot road from there, only about 45 min on the Coq to Hope from there.

I find more than an hour on the Z1 seat is painful.  I think they made the cushion material out of 3/4 inch plywood.

Took the tracker bike to dream cycle for coffee. First ride of the year on it and first ride on the new spoke wheels. It ran pretty good and nothing shook off
