After four weeks of riding other people's bikes, I finally got out on one of my own!



Maybe this "making your hobby your work" thing was not a good idea.....  Undecided

Took the Tiller out for its inaugural ride today...



... still needs tires... and front brake pads... and bar end weights... and a solo cowl... and plates... and insurance... but otherwise it's good to go!  Grin

Shoved the off-brands out into the driveway when I got home and prayed to my Suzuki Shrine.

My wife and I got out today, ran in and around Sooke since we don't get out that way very often. It's a motorcyclist's playground out there! Note to self: get out that way more often.  Grin

If there are no pics, it didn't happen.  Grin The Norton is a '65 Atlas. Picked it up in Winfield 2 years ago. It needed a bit of work but it was pretty well sorted. Have put on about 1000 miles since I've owned it.

I miss the Wednesday night bike nights. Looks like a real eclectic group this week. My heart aches when I see that Ninja H2 being squandered on the Island... it needs room to run!!!! Grin
