That one has had just a bit of reworking to it. Basically a SS Superbike in CR clothes. Termi slip ons, 41 FCRs, 748 forks, Fox shock, Cyclecat clip ons and top triple, lightened flywheel, big valves and ported, hi comp pistons, and some farkles, but she has more than 90,000 kms on her.
We also have another one, 1995, that is basically stock.

Lovely ride...I enjoy the scenery along the Thompson River.  If you get this far north be sure to drop in.  Coffee is always on.

We had a nice ride to Logan Lake and back on the weekend.  Weather was perfect and not to hot. We took the road from Spences Bridge to Logan Lake in and the road from Logan Lake to Ashcroft out.  The were very smooth and must have been recently paved.  Cannot say much about highway one from Ashcroft to Hope as it had some bone jarring bumps, I think Junes Triumph handled them much better.

Nice ride today up Westside Rd.  It was near perfect with even the smoke being lighter than the past few days.  One could actually see across the lake!

So took a break at one of the lookouts as I made my way back towards home.  Walked around a little and enjoyed the surroundings, waved at several motorcyclists as they made their way past me.
Got ready to depart and turned on the ignition - NOTHING.  No dash lights, headlights, tail light.  There was no electrical power to be had.  Nothing seemed to be amiss and the fuses seemed good.
Had a super nice gentlemen stop by and see if he could help.  He was from Calgary and had a couple of trial bikes in tow.  Thanks for stopping to assist - I will pay it forward at my first opportunity!

Unfortunately, I was obliged to use BCAA and their services to find my may back home.  I much appreciate their wonderful service!

So now, all I have to do is get over the humiliation of having my motorcycle dropped off at my house via tow truck.... Embarrassed
And my lovely wife came out to pick me up and further saved the day (couldn't ride shotgun with the tow truck driver due to covid)!

All in all though, a very good day, and my bet is that I'll get over the humiliation.  I'll be taking a look at the beast tonight.

After all folks - this was/is a first world problem..... Smiley Wink

What a  drag... gone are the days  of whipping up a coil out of a pinecone and some wire , and a flashlite battery to get home on one cylinder. .

Thank you Ross and Frank.

Spent a little time on this tonight and I think there may be some battery shenanigans going on here.  Battery is 2 years old and of the sealed variety.

Fuses checked out ok and noted that there is just under 13 volts at the battery between the terminals.  Still not getting any lights at the dash, headlight, horn etc,
I did notice that when the ignition key is in the off position, and the multi meter is hooked up to the battery terminals, I get the above mentioned 13 volts (actually 12.9).  If I keep the multi meter connected to the battery, and turn the key to the “ON” position, battery voltage will drop way down to about  .30 (point 30) of a volt.  Turn the ignition key back to the off position and the voltage reading on the multi meter comes back up to 12.9 volts.

I am suspecting the battery at this point, but I’m not 100% sure.
