June put insurance on her CB650 Four yesterday and Shawns wife Jenn just put insurance on her 600 Shadow yesterday so we were able to have a mixed ride with me on the XLCR, Shawn on his Guzzi, Rob on his Guzzi and my brother Glen and his wife Sandi on their beautiful Road King.  We rode the old Dewdney Trunk to Mission then crossed over and back through Glen Valley ending at the Fort Langley pub.  We all had fun and mentioned would this be our last ride or not for the season?
No pictures but many witnesses and plenty of smiles before the rain set in later in the day.

Sunny, with 18 C showing on the digital read-out on my Company Shuttle Van.  So nice that a friend from Vernon rode over for a quick visit in between customer trips.  He rode his '84 Gold Wing SE, with less than 30K.  Lovely old bike, but now he's in the interior he'll be adding up the kms a lot faster come Spring.

What's a Bimmer?

Hmmmm.... Quick google search:

Bimmer - proper accepted slang for BMW cars. Most people don't know this. Beamer/Beemer - proper accepted slang for BMW motorcycles. You will hear this term used incorrectly by many people. Bummer - When you get a speeding ticket.

BMW Car Club of BC - bimmer vs beemer perspective
