Steve posted this in a different thread.  The weather should be really fine on Sunday.  Shall we meet for coffee out near, or at the Show&Shine?  We could meet for coffee nearby or we could meet in the parking lot with bring your own thermos.

Thoughts?

  Todd Copan is the originator of the first Cloverdale/South Delta/Cloverdale spring event. The 2023 event is at the Abbotsford Ag/Rec Centre, Sunday, April 30/23, not the Abbotsford Airport Tradex. Be aware of this location.

I am happy to say that after a 4 year hibernation the Swap Meet is back.
Sunday April 30 at the Abbotsford Exhibition Park.
Nice building and lots of parking.
We have been receiving a lot of calls and messages asking about the show. Thank you for all the support and encouragement.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone again!

  Good move to bring it forward Ross. Todd and son Mack will be at my place tomorrow morning, they want to take pics of my garage roaches for social media.
 
  Weather appears to be low chance of rain and 60f. I’ll ride regardless, but my choice of ride will be dictated by the view out of my patio door. I know the Wednesday coffee lads were chatting about a quick coffee, or more,  before riding up
To Abbotsford Agriplex. I’m good to go on that meet up for sure. I’m less fussy on coffee preferences than others, but I draw a ‘hard no’ on Starbucks for political reasons. Happy to meet up at a place that is handy for the majority of the collective, as my home is near the geographic centre of ‘Metro’.

So, it turns out I may not make it to the Show/Swap.  Both grandsons are in hockey tournaments this weekend.  Family comes first.  Yes, even before motorcycles.

  The weather, as Bucko  pointed out Wednesday, may not be full cooperative with 2 wheeled operation. I’m still going to ride even if it is inclement, but will take an ugly duckling bike rather than a Princess. I’m happy to Meet up for the ride up there, but will have quick breakfast before meet up where the group decides.

I have my daughter in town for the weekend to show off her baby bump to the family.   So know my baby is having a baby at last.  Going to the Island Wednesday to pick up a bike for a friend so will miss Wednesday coffee also.

  I’ve got a busy day before and after the swap meet. Weekends arnt supposed to be rush rush, but neighbours and family , and me saying ‘sure I’ll help’ ,,,,,,,,,,, Hate to bail on the morning breakfast, I’m going to head straight to the fairgrounds from my place, show up just at opening time depending on traffic.

   I went out there Saturday afternoon, to help out buddies unloading stuff from Williams Lake. Initial thoughts, it's big, and alot of bikes and parts. And my initial guess is correct regarding the entry, it sounds like Gate 2 is going to be the entrance.
