  I’ll be at the Fort.
 I like a central location that fairly accommodates all those members who live in an outskirts area. I happen to be lucky enough to live centrally ( actually a strategic decision of mine 25 yrs ago) but completely understand the current marginal weather coupled with a 2 hr ride to share coffee. Summer, if we ever get one during this global warming event we are experiencing, will definitely be a great time for western edge of ‘Metro’ coffee, just as a visit to eastern areas once or twice.

  There will be times of course when The Fort will be under mosquito attack season, where a visit to a place far away from a large body of water will be strategic.

I need to head down to Tsawwassen anyway so I'll stop for coffee at the place we used to go in Ladner (is it 'Stir Coffee Shop' ?).  Will shoot for about 8:30 if anyone else is interested.

  The airport no longer allows the coffee shop to set up tables inside the main lobby, which was the best scenario for us. The coffee is not my favourite there.

  I’m gonna head over to the Fort. At least it will give me a chance to ‘case out’ that cafe we used to go to, near the riverside.

   Drove by the old regular coffee shop we went to regularly before the CCP bat flu lockdown, unfortunately they are permanently shut down. Such a shame, they had great coffee and really good scones, and pastries.
