Thank you Steve and I really cannot get off my new bike.   Have over 500kms this weekend and many hours of polishing what the factory missed.  Got a pile of parts that I have already removed as they served on purpose for me and were not pleasing to the eye.
Happy to have my first brand new motorcycle in 42 years and June and I will be burning up the highways now on some reliable bikes and keep the others for day or weekend rides.
Glad you fellas were able to accept new bikes joining us as we are all classic riders.

My last new bike was in 1982.  A Suzuki TS250.  Still a sore point with my wife.

According to past writings, WHEELS has something new lurking in his garage.  Anyone know what it is?

Mystery solved.  Good choices.  There is a lovely 'left-over' red W-800 up here at the Suzuki/Kawasaki shop.  I've been tempted to sell everything else and buy it, but it has tube-type tires and in my early riding days I had some VERY scary moments with Tubed tires, and vowed never to buy another bike that didn't have Tubeless tires.  Once Tubeless became available I switched, and never went back.

Just thinking outside the box.....

Anyone for coffee at Cypress Beach (the upper lookout on the road to Cypress Bowl) tomorrow?

https://www.google.ca/maps/place/Cypress+Provincial+Park+Picnic+Area/@49.3585004,-123.2094565,16.92z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x54866e9b1e9522f3:0xc7f067143844cc0e!8m2!3d49.3583482!4d-123.2107579

Alternatively - how about Surrey Bend Regional Park - just west of the Barnston Island Ferry Dock.

I bring my own coffee these days, but others like to walk over to a place and buy.
Had to push my Norton home a mile today, broken clutch cable. Tried timing the traffic lights but one didn’t work out. Bicycle crash last Monday meant I couldn’t push it fast enough to click it into 1st, buggered knee. Anyways, no Norton wherever we end up.

I don’t do it with my Z1 because I ride it so seldom, but I always have a spare clutch cable on my LedZed.  I have it zip tied to the active one.  It’s so easy to not lube the knob at the clutch lever.  Then it binds and eventually breaks.  Reminds me, I’d better lube it up again, it’s been a while.
