Probably the middle of winter is not the best time for someone to learn the art of riding a motorcycle.   This guy looks dangerous on a bicycle and could probably make a car fall over.

And lot of them have a large table or two. The manager of our downtown one said she would reserve a table for us if we asked..but, don't know if it is policy,  or simply favor.
 We usually just try to get one or two guys down there early. And spread out their stuff.
