It is no small wonder that the British motorcycle industry was decimated by Japan. 48 years ago.
Have to take the video with a grain of salt because we all know weakness of early Japanese motorcycling manufacturing methods, bubblegum welding, thin chrome, parts that rusted far too quickly, but the design was there as evidence by the shear number of motorcycle survivors that we have today, can't say that of the early Japanese cars, particularly Honda .

on a quiet day you could hear a civic rust, surviving 240 Z's are another example of a rare breed...my neighbour never changed the oil on his toyota, which was ok because the shock towers collapsed first

I enjoyed this.
Classic TT and a road trip.
