I dunno, I ust be missing something.. Sounds like older hotted up fours..
I t has aftermarket exhaust.. Sounds like. A lot of other bikes.... Maybe its just me ?
I agree with you 754. Reminds me of a Japanese inline four to an extent. Sounds good to me.

That ride to Alaska sounds like the ride of your life... Note the bike had very little trouble in that first 15k.... Sure sounds like fun.

It amazes me that so many of these talented people are in our backyard. Machinists will admire, the cyclist in all of us will smile.

I'm not a super big fan of country music in general but I sure like Corb Lund and the Hurtin' Albertans. Bless them boys...there can't be many odes out there to German motorcycles

Ha....was listening to Lund's 'Cabin Fever' yesterday at work (Cows Around). An interesting CD package featuring one CD recorded as the 'Fever Side' (with electricity) and another CD recorded as the 'Cabin Side' (without electricity). Same playlist done two ways....never seen that done before. I think I perefer the 'Cabin Side'. 'Bible on the Dash' is a fun tune too.....

Too bad there ain't a prominent place for a bible on a bike. Bungied to the tank??
