Interesting stuff.  BUT a nice little Hyabusa or ZX-14 would have had all that expensive metal for breakfast, without breaking a sweat. I can recall the early Model CBX Honda was doing 11.3's way back in 1978.  Course if it rained.........

What a totally bogus race.It takes great reaction times to get a good start .These guys looked like they were pulling out of a fluffy seniors parking lot.Some dude counting bacwards from five??Where are the light trees??Bogus all the cway!!!

The Lotus has a lot less HP, than the others. A lot of those cars are geared pretty high, not for dragracing.. I was surprised though how many were under 11.6 in the 1/4... dont challenge them on your old bike unless its making HP.. Gord, you dont have to worry about this...

ZX-14 is the fast one (of course) and you're close Ron 11.4's Evil

 I was wrong again, the first year was the fast CBX at 11.75. I've always been into the 1/4 mile times,not that I could take a bike to the max,first of all I'm just a tad over 170 lbs Grin
