Der balancering auf der coupled counteren-crankshaftens makes fur der smooth engine Ja?
Square four cranks but single set of pistons makes for a very nice engine, ask any SQ4 owner and the word is ultra-smooth. Typical German engineering, why make something with 4 moving parts when we can make do with 50. Gotta love the elegance of such thinking.

I believe it's a high output diesel that has no vib's, and the references are to outboard motors, so something like that then...

Scarborough Gold cup (Yorksire) and the Southern 100 (Isle of Man). Some great tracks of road for sure. Have a fun 4 hours or so.
