Another Passing

Just heard that a member of our motorcycle family, Gerry Prinz (Spuds), passed away a couple of days ago.   Apparently, he had a fairly minor get-off in traffic in Peachland, about two weeks ago,  but went over the bars and hit fairly hard on the pavement.   He seemed fine, and was discharged from the hospital the same evening, and seemed to be recovering normally.   May have been a travelling blood clot that ultimately got him.

Gerry did not partake on the forum much, but he was known by many motorcycle people in the Okanagan and on the coast.   Fun guy, loved to chat your ear off.  He was only 77.

I did not know him but I'm sorry to hear he's gone.  Seems to be a lot of older motorcyclists going down on their bikes this year.
