I have even less confidence in the majority of voting capable public in this country whom I consider low ebb oxygen thieves.

These things are pretty beefy.  I’m sure there’s lots of meat on it.

My experience with motorcycle rotors generally it is understood that there’s not much material on them to get the opportunity to “clean it up” and still be within minimum thickness.

So, my CB750K5 is a pretty nice runner.  But it doesn’t stop at all well.  Actually kinda scary.  I’ve replaced/rebuilt the front brake from top to bottom.  Except for the rotor.  It’s actually quite scored.  I don’t have any experience with how much braking would be improved by resurfacing or replacing the rotor.

In your considered opinion, would braking be significantly improved by resurfacing or replacing/replacing the rotor.  I can get an aftermarket rotor for $328.30.  My understanding is that, because the configuration of these old motorcycle rotors, it’s difficult to turn them.

Does anyone know of, or can recommend someone who can resurface the rotor from my 1975 CB750?

Thanks,
Ross

Happy to find that i'm not the only one concerned about our future as Canada.

I don't have a lot of confidence in our current political leaders.

The Juno Music Awards Show is coming this weekend in Vancouver, celebrating the best Canadian music over the last year.  I thought it might be worth playing a few past winners.  This group was popular around the turn of the century and this song won song of the year back then.  I wonder how many takes it took to get through the complicated lyrics.

This guy had a great voice and was a bit of a force in the 70's.  The song is a silly one but I liked it back then and still do.

The little Honda goes ok, but she ain’t no Z1.  My particular Honda doesn’t want to stop at all.  Pretty scary actually.  I humbly admit, your Stelvio would quite easily outrun and out stop my Honda.
