Title: CB750 calliper needed Post by: Galactica on March 22, 2025, 08:31:14 PM Now that I’ve been riding my bike 1975 CB750 a fair bit, I’m finding that the braking really is unsafe. The original calliper was so corroded at the seat of the bleed screw that it leaked and couldn’t be repaired. So I installed a new aftermarket unit. I’ve tried both organic and SBS ceramic pads. The master cylinder has been rebuilt and new brake lines fitted.
I’m sure that the braking should be much better. My neighbour’s CB750 stops way better with all original brake components. Does anyone here have a calliper that they’d part with. Please let me know. Cheers, Ross Title: Re: CB750 calliper needed Post by: hardrockminer on March 23, 2025, 03:43:08 AM I have a Z1 caliper.
