Across America by Motor-Cycle. The book is written by CK Sheppard who travelled from Britain to Canada then on to New York where he bought a brand new 1919 Henderson motorcycle in order to travel across the country to San Francisco. With Calibre loaded, you simply add the book(s) to your Calibre library using the file menu, then, connect your reader to your computer, right-click on the book (once added) it and choose 'send to device' (either the main memory, or external memory if it has any).
