Purolator is owned by Canada Post but is too stupid to be able to deliver to a P.O. Box. UPS has the best chance of getting your stuff to you but you can't pay the customs fees online, you'll have to mail them a cheque (can you hear me back there in the 90's?). FedEx has slightly worse service than UPS but you can pay the customs fees online easily. Tried to do it two weeks ago and was told I needed to set up an account with them. FedEx just lets you pay as a guest by using the invoice number, like any rational company should.
