Just heard that Bear passed on, sometime within the past few days.  Sounds like it was sudden, with no hint something was happening.

I'm speechless, he was a good friend.

OMG, spoke with him just a week ago and sent him some parts for his Lightning project  I knew he was having some health issues but no indication things were bad.
He was a very good friend and I know he will be missed. I will have to give it a few days and reach out to Mayee to see how she is doing.

Oh man, that’s a shock.  I too spoke with him not long ago.  A wonderful, kind, smart, knowledgeable man.  He’ll be greatly missed.

I wasn’t at coffee that day.  But I’d spoken to Barry a day or two before, and he said he’d likely attend, so ya, I’m guessing that was him.  He has/had a second home in Whiterock and he was down there at the time.

  Dam.    Yeah he did have a second place in White Rock. Was talking about the hassle he was having with the strata where he lived.
 And yes he was also talking about a BSA project he was starting on.
 Dam!  He was a good dude!

Yes.  Wow!  He seemed to be in good health and spirits.  So sad.

Hi Frank, I haven't talked to either Boris or Peggy for quite a while as I have been out of the province.  Howard/Runningdog indicated Boris had called him and advised him of Barry's passing.  So Boris is aware.
Howard can correct me if needed...
