I just put them on with no glue - if the grips spin, then a wrap, or two, of the bars with electricians tape will stop them from spinning while still allowing them to be removed relatively easily.

I've done the same with motorcycle grips and never a problem. Sticks well enough to hold it but still easy to get off. Title: Re: Grip Lock? If you’re riding in the rain, water creeps in and the hairspray then gets slippery. Title: Re: Grip Lock?
