Title: Southern Okanagan Weather Question
Post by: Steve G. on May 28, 2022, 04:32:02 PM

I study weather patterns. It’s a hobby. I’ve often wondered why US city Oroville, WA, has dramatically warmer weather than border town Osoyoos, BC?? They are only 65 miles apart, in the same valley system, way warmer much sooner in the spring, much later  into late fall. Like today, May 28th, Oroville is sunny and 14-26, with midweek at 16-35, Osoyoos is 9-20, mid week at 11-27. Doesn’t make sense!!!
