Extensive fire taking out many businesses, including damage to the Lexus dealer on a different building. They are single story buildings and were possibly built in the late 60's maybe early 70's. I could very well be wrong on their age.
Interestingly, one of the other buildings located on the same property suffered a similar fate a couple or so years ago - burnt to the ground. I don't believe either of the two adjacent businesses you mentioned were impacted by the fire. The buildings housing Valley Moto and the Lexus dealer look to be in good shape. If the buildings were gone, the sky is the limit for future development....
